VP of HR Focus of National Search Launched by HealthSearch Partners on Behalf of MedSrv
MedSrv, a national revenue cycle management company, has engaged HealthSearch Partners to lead their search for a Vice President of Human Resources. Founded in 1985 in Chattanooga, TN, MedSrv provides a full continuum of CBO (Central Business Office) revenue cycle services. From its inception, MedSrv has been guided by a Christian-based foundation, rooted in values such as respect, fairness, loyalty, perseverance, compassion, faith, integrity, trust and service. These principles remain central to the organization’s culture and continue to shape how MedSrv serves its clients, patients, employees and community.
The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the overall human resources strategy, initiatives, programs, and activities for MedSrv. This leader is a crucial member of the CEO’s leadership team and will further define, develop and implement an organization-wide HR strategy that is aligned with MedSrv’s organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred. This Vice President should also be credentialed in an appropriate professional society such as SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). He or she will also preferably have at least eight years of experience in progressive human resources leadership with demonstrated results in employee engagement. This VP will have a demonstrated ability to build effective organizational teams and to lead, mentor and develop leaders and employees. In addition, experience with multistate employment and onsite, remote, hybrid, and near-shore employees is crucial.
