OUR HISTORY
The roots of HealthSearch Partners extend all the way back to the formative years of our founders, who started their careers at the former Witt Associates. It was here that they discovered how engaged collaboration and a consultative approach to executive search could deliver exceptional results for clients.
From there, all three men went on to form their own successful recruitment firms. But they continued to embrace the core values and culture they had adopted early on.
Fast-forward to today. HealthSearch Partners reunites the founders while allowing each to retain their individual personalities and styles. Joined by the most talented team of healthcare executive search partners in the industry, the new alliance creates a more powerful network with greater critical mass to serve you better.
