Susan L. Glover, BSN, MHA, DOL, has joined HealthSearch Partners (HSP) as Vice President, Consultant. HSP is a nationally recognized executive search firm based in Dallas, TX, specializing in healthcare executive search, academic leadership and faculty search, and healthcare association executive search.
Dr. Glover has more than 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience including developing systems and processes to improve the delivery of healthcare encompassing service line management, quality and patient safety structure, and development of new servicers. Peer coaching, mentoring and improving governing effectiveness are her specialties.
Prior to joining HealthSearch Partners, Dr. Glover served as the Chief Quality Officer for Adventist HealthCare in Gaithersburg, MD. Her tenure with Adventist Healthcare spans more than 37 years including roles at Washington Adventist Hospital, Shawnee Mission Medical Center, and Adventist HealthCare. Dr. Glover is a nurse with bedside experience in critical care and cardiac care and has also served as an interim CNO.
Dr. Glover has a Doctor in Organization Leadership degree from Hood College, a Master of Health Care Administration degree from University College of the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from George Mason University.

Dr. Glover is married to her husband Richard. Together they founded Tour de Force Partners, a consulting firm focused on creating positive change in leaders and their organizations’ performance. They have one daughter, Victoria.
