The Market CEO will drive quality patient care, enhance employee engagement, increase physician satisfaction, and improve financial performance at the hospitals. He or she will also make crucial recommendations regarding facility investments and foster strong collaborative relationships within the medical community, aiming for growth in service volume and financial stability.

A significant employer in Chattanooga, Erlanger has six hospitals and more than $1.1 billion in net revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital operational leadership with at least ten years of progressive healthcare senior leadership experience and demonstrated results. A solid understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and business development is essential.
