HealthSearch Partners has been engaged by Access Medical Clinic (AMC) to lead the search for a Senior Vice President, Post-Acute Care Services.
AMC is a leading provider of primary, urgent, and long-term care services focused on underserved and rural communities.
The system delivers more than 495,000 patient visits annually through a network of 68 clinics and 150 long-term care facilities across an eight-state area – Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.
Reporting to the President and COO, the Senior Vice President, Post-Acute Care Services will serve as a key member of the corporate leadership team. This executive will oversee all planning, development, implementation, and operational strategy for AMC’s Post-Acute and Long-Term Care division, while advancing integration across the broader health system. The selected candidate will be a strategic, hands-on leader who can scale operations, drive accountability, and strengthen performance while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience within a complex healthcare environment, ideally in long-term care or senior services. A background in investor-owned or for-profit healthcare is a plus. A clinical degree – MC, DO, RN, etc. – is desirable, though strong non-clinical operators will also be considered. An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is preferred.
