AdventHealth has engaged HealthSearch Partners to lead a search for a Chief Financial Officer for a Region within their East Florida Division. The Division has seven hospitals with a total of 1,397 beds in Daytona Beach, DeLand, Orange City, New Smyrna Beach, Palm Coast and Tavares.
The new CFO will lead finance for one of the Regions in the Division that has three hospitals. This executive will report to the Chief Executive Officer for the Region and the Chief Financial Officer for the Division.
The CFO will help continue to set the financial and strategic direction for the Region as it grows and will be based in Ormond Beach, Florida. Nearly $1 Billion in capital expansion is projected across the Region during the next decade.
