Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a premier global professional services firm based in New York, specializing in business advisory and operational consulting, has engaged Dallas, TX-based HealthSearch Partners to lead the search for a Managing Director, Hospitals and Health Systems.
The Managing Director will be pivotal in the Hospitals and Health Systems division of A&M, leading client engagements and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. The position requires an experienced leader adept at managing strategic initiatives, building consultative relationships, and growing new business. The Managing Director will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with C-suite clients in the healthcare sector, particularly in the western U.S. He or she will also lead a team of consultants to execute a variety of projects in various sectors, including health systems and providers, managed care/health plans, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies that drive impactful outcomes, serve as a thought leader through published content and speaking engagements, and mentor and develop talent to support A&M’s high standards and collaborative culture.
