CPIhealth, a leading provider of pain management services for residents of Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Minnesota, and Texas, has engaged HealthSearch Partners to lead the search for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle. The position will be based in either Minneapolis, MN, or Austin, TX.
CPIhealth’s mission is to provide high quality compassionate and cost-effective medical care in a pleasant, inviting, and comforting environment in one of its 25 state-of-the-art clinics or 8 ambulatory surgery centers. The organization is a physician-led multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing empathetic care and improving the lives of patients living with chronic pain.
The Vice President of Revenue Cycle is responsible for overseeing all revenue cycle management (RCM) operations for CPIhealth’s ambulatory surgery centers and clinics, with approximately 360,000 encounters per year. The Vice President will strategically manage the performance of the revenue cycle function to consistently achieve the performance expectations established by CPIhealth.
The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of experience in revenue cycle senior leadership plus deep consulting experience in revenue cycle. He or she will also have strong demonstrated operational results in a physician practice management, hospital, healthcare system, academic medical center, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or outpatient clinics. A relevant undergraduate degree is required, and a graduate degree or CPA is preferred. Relevant certifications and professional status are also a plus.
