HealthSearch Partners (HSP), a nationally recognized executive search firm based in Dallas, TX, is pleased to welcome to its veteran team of consultants, healthcare human resources expert Donna Warner. HSP specializes in healthcare executive search, academic leadership and faculty search, and healthcare association executive search.
In her role as consultant, Warner will work with HSP clients to bring the best candidate with the right experience, who is the right fit, to their leadership teams. Warner has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive coaching and marketing in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, a group purchasing organization and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining HSP, Warner served as Director of Executive Search for AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL. She was also a healthcare executive recruiter with a boutique executive search firm where she was responsible for client management and candidate development. She has also held management and consultant roles with a variety of healthcare-related organizations including Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Vizient, Inc., and HealthNet Data Link.
Warner received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Andrews University and a master’s degree in Public Health Administration from Benedictine University. She is a certified job search coach and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), and Women Health Executives Network (WHEN).

A resident of Illinois, Warner is an avid reader and advocates for animal rights. She is the clerk and treasurer for the Burr Ridge Seventh-day Adventist Church, has served on the board of the Cantores Community Choir, and volunteers at Feed My Starving Children.
