HealthSearch Partners is assisting Adventist Health Mendocino Coast (AHMC) in its search for a Manager of Surgical Services. AHMC is an acute care hospital located on the beautiful northern California coast. The hospital is located in the beach community of Fort Bragg which is a tourist destination with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and on the doorstep of the Redwoods.
The Manager of Surgical Services is the top OR leader and oversees inpatient and outpatient surgery services. The ideal candidate should have experience leading in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital surgery department. In addition, candidates should be a registered nurse. CNOR certification is preferred. Compensation for this role is very competitive.
