With 75 providers, One Mendocino is located in one of the most beautiful areas of California and the United States, adjacent to the famous Napa Valley.
With annual net revenue of $60 million, One Mendocino medical group is part of Adventist Health which has 24 hospitals with more than 3,000 beds, 37,000 associates, physicians, allied health professionals and volunteers, and more than 300 clinics and outpatient facilities. Adventist Health has combined annual net revenue of $400 million.
It will be imperative for this physician executive to establish strong clinical leadership and continuously improve quality that supports excellent patient care and operational outcomes. The ideal physician candidate for this Market Medical Director role should have at least five years of progressive leadership and operations experience in a multispecialty medical group and complex healthcare provider environment. Experience working in a rural market is also preferred.
