Adventist HealthCare (AHC), based in Gaithersburg, MD, has named John Sackett to be its next President and CEO, effective Aug. 4, 2024. Sackett currently serves as AHC’s Chief Operating Officer. He will succeed Terry Forde, who is transitioning to the top role at Health First in Florida.
Sackett’s selection for AHC’s top position follows a nationwide search assisted by Dallas-based HealthSearch Partners, a national healthcare executive search firm.
