90 Days From Start To Finish Produced A Great Outcome
Minidoka Memorial Hospital, a 22-bed critical access hospital in Rupert, Idaho, has selected Kody Brinton to be its next Chief Executive Officer. The announcement marks the culmination of an executive search led by HealthSearch Partners. Governed by the Minidoka County Hospital Board, the hospital is one of the area’s largest employers, recognized for its commitment to quality, accessibility, and patient-centered care.
“Minidoka Memorial Hospital could not be happier with the search process and our ultimate recruitment of Kody Brinton,” Felicia Poteet, chairperson of the Search Committee and vice-chairperson of the hospital’s board, said. “We chose to engage HealthSearch Partners for our executive search because we appreciated the personal and dedicated service we received from the very beginning, and its unique 90-day onboarding process. The Board, Search Committee, and hospital staff are all looking to our future with Kody with great optimism and we have the greatest appreciation for the work of HealthSearch Partners’ Neill Marshall and Kurt Mosley.”
A veteran rural healthcare executive, Brinton comes to Minidoka Memorial Hospital from Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center in Scobey, MT, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Daniels Memorial is an affiliate of the Billings Clinic.
“I am humbled to be selected as the next CEO of Minidoka Memorial Hospital,” Brinton said. “The care teams have a deep sense of loyalty and passion for keeping care local for their patients. I am excited to learn from and walk alongside the team members at all levels who deliver amazing care in the Rupert community. The community has a rich history of strength, independence, and dedication to supporting local healthcare. I am truly excited to join such a wonderful organization. I am also grateful for the support and guidance provided by HealthSearch Partners throughout the preparation and interview process, and I look forward to our continued partnership.”
Brinton’s first day on the job will be December 7.
