HealthSearch Partners is honored to have partnered with MedSrv, a national revenue cycle management company, in the placement of its new Vice President of Human Resources, Tammy Cotter.
Cotter, MBA, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is a 20+ year human resources veteran. Cotter comes to MedSrv from Insurance Incorporated / RSS Insurance Brokers where she was Employee Benefits Client Manager and HR Consultant. She has also served in executive HR roles with Erlanger Health in Chattanooga, and Life Care Centers of America
Founded in 1985 in Chattanooga, TN, MedSrv provides a full continuum of Central Business Office revenue cycle services. In her new role, Cotter will be responsible for the overall human resources strategy, initiatives, programs, and activities for MedSrv. She will be a member of the CEO’s leadership team and will define, develop and implement an organization-wide HR strategy that is aligned with MedSrv’s organizational strategy.
Cotter has a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Bethel University in Nashville, TN. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. She is a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resources Management, Senior Certified Professional), and PHR (Professional in Human Resources). She also holds a license from Tennessee Life and Health Insurance.
