Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic (THMA), the largest Catholic health system serving the greater Philadelphia, PA, area has selected Dallas, TX-based HealthSearch Partners to conduct the search for its new President of THMA South.
The President will be responsible for strategic oversight and operational management of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA, and Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. The President will drive quality patient care, enhance employee engagement, increase physician satisfaction, and improve financial performance. He/she will make crucial recommendations regarding facility investments and foster strong collaborative relationships within the medical community, aiming for growth in service volume, financial stability, and a commitment to serving these communities’ underserved populations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital operational leadership with at least ten years of progressive healthcare senior leadership experience and demonstrated results in a medium to large hospital.
