David Clark

David Clark is Vice President, bringing more than 16 years of healthcare experience in a variety of roles including search, client management and retention, business development, operations, leadership, and strategy. In his role with HealthSearch Partners, he focuses on executive and professional leadership searches in the healthcare not-for-profit, for-profit, private equity, and venture capital markets. He has additional expertise in revenue cycle management and PE-backed portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HealthSearch Partners, Clark was the Sector Leader for the For-Profit/Private Capital Practice at Korn Ferry. He also held the role of Vice President, Business Development at The Tolan Group, a healthcare executive boutique search firm, was a regional leader in revenue cycle management, and began his career in clinical recruitment.

Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University. He resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife, Lauren, three sons, Collier, Sutton, Rowan, and dog, Dolly, where he enjoys the outdoors, golf, fishing, clay shooting, and college football.
