Jocelyn Aalborg

Jocelyn Aalborg brings more than fifteen years of experience in finance and organizational leadership to her work with HealthSearch Partners. She supports the firm’s consultants through accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth operations across projects.

Jocelyn earned her degree from Union College and later completed her MBA at Webster University. She began her career in finance in 2009 and has since served in a variety of roles that blend analytical expertise with mission-driven service, including more than a decade in senior financial leadership at a private Christian school.

A Colorado native, Jocelyn recently relocated to Hawaii with her husband, Chase, and their two children, Charlee and Jack. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring the islands with her family, settling into island life, and soaking in as much sunshine and ocean time as possible.
