Katherine Pfliiger

Katherine Pfliiger is the Project Manager for HealthSearch Partners. She supports all search consultants to assure a successful, satisfying search experience for clients and candidates. She makes sure the lines of communication remain open between consultant, client and candidate.

Katherine is directly responsible for client support management including the development of client and candidate presentation materials and candidate interview coordination with the goal of continuously enhancing the client experience. 

Katherine’s experience includes seven years in case management for Genentech supporting the respiratory and ophthalmology service lines. She also worked as a fraud investigator for Progressive. She earned a Bachelor of International Studies degree from the University of Oregon. She also holds certifications from Portland State University in Project Management and from Heritage School of Interior Design in Interior Custom Design. She also studied German language and culture at the Eberhard-Karls Universitat Tuebingen.

She is a life-long Oregonian and an avid reader. She also loves to travel and explore new places to eat.
