HealthSearch Partners Leads CFO Search For AdventHealth Texas Health Huguley
AdventHealth Texas Health Huguley (THH) in Burleson, TX, has engaged HealthSearch Partners to lead the search for a Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The hospital opened in 1977 as a part of AdventHealth, the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care organization in the U.S. In 2012, Texas Health Resources and AdventHealth formed a partnership to own Texas Health Huguley Hospital, with AdventHealth managing the daily operations of the hospital.
Located 15 miles south of Fort Worth’s city center, THH is licensed for 291 beds. The hospital includes an open heart surgery center, a cardiovascular critical care unit and behavioral health. THH has accredited programs in orthopedics, chest pain and inpatient diabetes.
The hospital also has more than 350 primary care and specialty physicians. Also located on the Texas Health Huguley campus are Texas Health Huguley Surgery Center, Texas Health Huguley Imaging Center, Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center, and Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
The CFO reports directly to the THH Chief Executive Officer with additional accountability to the AdventHealth Southwest Region Chief Financial Officer. The CFO provides executive leadership, strategic direction, oversight, and coordination for Finance and related operations.
