Dallas, TX—October 28. 2019—Adventist Health, a 20 hospital 3000 bed West Coast health system has selected HealthSearch Partners to secure its Senior Vice President Human Resources.
Adventist Health is a faith-based, non-profit integrated health system operating in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington with 25,000 employees and over $4 billion in net revenue. The Senior Vice President, Human Resources (SVP-HR) will be responsible for the overall system-wide human resources strategy, initiatives, programs and activities for Adventist Health.
The SVP-HR is a newly created role that will assure that key Adventist Health strategies and operational objectives are resourced with the highest quality knowledge, talent and capability. The search will be co-managed by Ed Fry, President and CEO of HealthSearch, and Neill Marshall, HealthSearch Board of Managers.
