HealthSearch Partners has recently added two new members to its growing family of associates and consultants.
Katherine Pfliiger joined the team as a Project Manager. In her new role, Katherine supports all search consultants to assure a successful, satisfying search experience for clients and candidates. She is responsible for client support management including the development of client and candidate presentation materials and candidate interview coordination. Katherine earned a Bachelor of International Studies degree from the University of Oregon. She also holds certifications from Portland State University in Project Management and from Heritage School of Interior Design in Interior Custom Design. She is a life-long Oregonian, currently residing in Portland. She is also an avid reader and she loves to travel and explore new restaurants.
Jocelyn Aalborg serves as a Project Management Consultant She brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and organizational leadership to her work with HealthSearch Partners. Jocelyn supports the firm’s consultants through accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth operations across projects. She earned a degree from Union College and later completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. She began her career in finance in 2009 and has since served in a variety of roles that blend analytical expertise with mission-driven service. A Colorado native, Jocelyn recently relocated to Hawai’i with her husband, Chase, and their two children, Charlee and Jack. She enjoys exploring the islands with her family and soaking in as much sunshine and ocean time as possible.
