Neill Marshall is an executive search veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He has been involved in more than 600 senior-level assignments. In 2017 Neill was part of a co-founding firm of HealthSearch Partners and currently serves as Board Chair. Previously, he held leadership roles with several major executive search firms including Witt/Kieffer in Dallas. A serial entrepreneur, he started two executive search firms – Marshall Koll & Associates and Southerland Partners, that specialized in recruiting leaders for healthcare organizations. These firms conducted hundreds of successful searches for leading healthcare organizations.

Neill has also served as Director of Marketing for Merritt, Hawkins & Associates, the nation’s largest physician search firm. He also has experience in sales for a laboratory supply manufacturer and in operations for an industrial supply firm. He has spoken to professional groups, trustee groups, and boards of directors on executive recruiting and other healthcare issues and has written numerous articles and promotional publications.

Neill earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he helped grow the Society for Entrepreneurship and New Ventures (ENVE) into one of the most respected student-led organizations on campus. He served in various leadership roles, including vice president and marketing director.

Neill and his wife, Mary, reside in Coppell, TX. They have three adult children.
