In a couple of weeks, we will know the outcome of the U.S. Presidential election. We will also know the results of many equally, if not more important state and local elections. Once again, I have seen the phenomenon of health care and business leaders pausing to make leadership changes in the nine months leading up to the election.
After attending the recent ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership, we’ve been thinking about the outstanding healthcare executives we met and considering the common themes that emerged from our meetings with many attendees.
Healthcare in 2023 is shaping up to be both challenging and full of opportunities for those organizations who have the foresight to recruit top-notch executive talent that will help them succeed.
